Bio: Fateh Belkalem is a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Gracie Barra's Professor Bruno Fernandes.
Fateh is also an IJF 2nd degree Black Belt and former Algerian National team member and 3 times National Judo champion with extensive competitive experience at International level: Coached Algerian Junior National Team, 5 Year degree in theory and methodology of sports training at the University of Algiers. Fateh currently works as a school counselor with Children with Learning Disabilities.

Steve Turnbull
Assistant Instructor - Purple Belt
Bio: Steve Turnbull was first exposed to the art of Brazillian Jiu Jitsu in 1994 while attending a clinic conducted by a travelling Aikido instructor who was also a direct student of Rorion Gracie. He then met Fateh in 1996 and trained with him on and off for a number of years. Steve returned to BJJ training full time in 2005 and received his Blue Belt from Mario ‘Esfiha’ McCord in 2007.
Steve Turnbull began training in martial arts in 1982, at the age of 18. He received the rank of Sandan (3rd degree black belt) in Aikido as well as a 5th level teaching license in September 2002, directly from Yoseikai founder, Amos Lee Parker Shihan. Both his Dan certificates and teaching licenses are registered with the International Yoshinkan Aikido Federation in Tokyo, Japan. In addition to Aikido Steve holds the rank of 1st degree black belt in TaeKwonDo and has had extensive training in other martial arts including several styles of Karate as well as Judo. Steve is married and a father of three children and work in the telecommunications.
